For this project, The Oakland Group wanted us to create a recruitment video that they could use to show what it is like to work at Oakland. As data consultants, they are aware that many data insight companies seem pretty dull, but they are on a mission to change that. Their approach is to be big, bold and fun - showing the world that data isn't all reclusive nerds hiding away in a broom cupboard, and they wanted a recruitment video that proved it.
